How did we get here?

EJS Great Lakes Dive Solutions LLC was built from a lifetime of service, discipline, and a deep respect for the water. After 30 years in the U.S. military and a career in law enforcement, including time on the New York State Police Dive Team. Diving was never just a hobby. It was mission-driven work. What began as recovery operations, underwater searches, and public safety service evolved into something more. The Great Lakes and Niagara River became not only operational environments, but places of reflection, resilience, and renewal. EJS was formed to bring professional, safety-focused underwater solutions to our community. This is done by combining experience, leadership, and the next generation of divers in our own family. This company exists because service doesn’t end with retirement. It simply changes depth.
